Unless otherwise specified, all items will be shipped UPS Ground, with the exception of certain seasonal items (i.e. Lulavim & Esrogim) Please contact our offices to coordinate any international shipments.
Return and Refunds
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have the opportunity to return any item for a full refund (with the exception of CD's, DVD's, personalized items, and safrus) with 30 days of the item's delivery. Items are returned to our offices at the buyers expense.
With regards to items that are damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the damaged item provided that we are notified of the issue within three business days of delivery of the items the the buyer.
Of course, any shipping or fulfillment errors on our part will corrected at no cost to our customers.
